Ordered Peking Duck and Snow Pea leaves for take out. The Peking duck is super flavorful and comes with mini steamed buns. It was also presented well for take out. The whole family really enjoyed both dishes. We will be back when we come to town again.
The worker is so kind and has a good energy. The duck was good and I would like to go back.
This place is one of my family's favorites and, in my opinion, a hidden gem in the South Bay for authentic Cantonese food. The chef is an older gentleman who miraculously cooks by himself for the entire restaurant. The eggplant stirfry, beef with green onions, and hot and sour soup are some of my favorites.
Chef is amazing at cooking Cantonese Dishes and keeps his prices low for customers. No MSG. Makes special dishes too at request. Hole in the wall spot; though someone please give him a renovation!
This is a local Cantonese yum cha type of restaurant. I just tried the ma po tofu and it was quite good. I should have asked them to make it using ma la spices to make it authentic. Will try other dishes soon. Lunch special prices are reasonable. Normal dishes are +$16 per entree. There is plenty of parking. In this strip mall. This appears to be a small Asian cuisine operation which we should support these days of bland chain restaurants.
Tiny mom and pop Chinese cafe in Rolling Hills Plaza, just around the corner from Trader Joe's. Great home-cooked taste. We especially enjoyed the mapo tofu and duck. The walnut shrimp and garlic eggplant were also quite tasty. The portions are generous enough that we were able to take home enough for another couple of meals. We will be back to sample other dishes!
